Using an industry-first smartphone app to take a 3D scan of your head, HEXR produce a custom helmet to create a custom fit. This ground-breaking technology provides the highest safety elements on the market, outperforming all competitors. The app builds a 250,000-point model of the head in seconds, mapping out precise dimensions and curvature of the head, meaning no two helmets are the same.

The helmets are 3D printed from a unique honeycomb structure which helps spread the energy of an impact over a larger area, reducing the chances of injury. Plus, they are made using 100% recyclable bioplastic. HEXR’s commitment to protecting the environment also means that they only use sustainable packaging, and no inventory is ever sat on a shelf gathering dust, as every helmet is made on-demand.
