Sportive Breaks announce that they have final spaces available across their range of Autumn cycling events, as the summer cycling season draws to a close.
Sports travel experts Sportive Breaks have announced that they still have limited availability for a unique collection of autumn cycling weekend, hospitality and one-day packages. Spanning some of the most iconic European cycling hotspots, they offer something for all cycling enthusiasts – from those seeking an epic endurance challenge, through to those that simply want to enjoy the view from one of the top team support cars.
One event that will provide the chance to continue cycling in warmer temperatures for September and October is the Mallorca Weekenders. With four dates available across the two months, this trip provides guided tours across some of the most famous routes on the island. Mallorca is a favourite to many cyclists across the world, as it is host to beautiful coastal views to challenging climbs across the mountain range and quiet country lanes, as well as warmer temperatures to hold onto the summer of cycling for a bit longer.
The team are also offering hospitality and hotel tickets for November’s Ghent Six in Belgium. This event holds a special place in the track cycling world, as it is just a 166 metre long track rather than the standard 250m, making for a more ‘up close and personal’ experience when spectating races.
The event sells out year after year, so Sportive Breaks are providing VIP hospitality packages and hotel stays only 10 minutes away from the velodrome. Professional cyclist Mark Cavendish explains that “The history of the Kuipke is so special. The Ghent Six day is the Tour de France of track cycling, it’s unlike any other race”.
The Mallorca Weekenders and Ghent Six are not the only excursions and events that are being offered by the team this Autumn. Sportive Breaks are also official partners to October’s Gran Fondo Il Lombardia, in which it is possible to participate in the famous ride route the day before the professional race on 9th October 2022, along with a 3 night hotel stay. Start and finish area packages are also available for the Il Lombardia, as well as a day in the official race car.
Sportive Breaks packages provide a hassle free, unforgettable travel experience; and the team work with some of the world’s most iconic cycling events. All accompanying travel logistics are managed by their team of experts, who themselves have years of experience ‘on the ground’ both as guests and organisers. This makes it possible for guests to focus on enjoying the event at hand amongst a group of other cycling enthusiasts.
Brendan Fox, Managing Director at Sportive Breaks has said, “I am so thrilled after a summer of great cycling events from the Tour de France to the success of the various cycling events in the Commonwealth Games held in Birmingham over the summer, that the chance to either participate or spectate is not yet over. Our involvement with these various events means our customers can soak up major cycling events for a little longer this year.”
