KATE ALLAN – Founder & PR Director

Kate is the founder of Compete PR, and has worked in the industry for over 10 years; specialising in cycling, triathlon and endurance sports, with a growing contact-base that spans across lifestyle, health and fitness.

A keen time trial cyclist, Kate was the 2017 National 50 Mile Time Trial Champion, also achieving the second fastest British female 50 mile result in history in that same year – 1 hour 45 and 36 seconds (at time of press).

SAM BEGG – Junior PR Manager

Sam joined Compete PR in August 2020 with 3 years' experience in sports marketing, specialising in endurance sports. As a previous European and National champion in triathlon and a British Triathlon qualified coach, he appreciates the hard work and dedication it takes to succeed!
